4 Polarised light – optical inspection

We use optical inspection with polarised light directly at your production facility for troubleshooting.
The entire application and evaluation was developed by us and tailored for pharmaceutical production.

MORE

Working directly on your production line with our in-house developed visual inspection system for polarised light makes stresses, minute defects, and heavy wear during transport, handling, and filling visible.

We use our inspection system (based on polarised light) directly at your manufacturing site. For an initial assessment, we carry out measurements on failure samples in the laboratory.

Our system is ideally suited to detect and prevent mechanical stress on your transparent containers (blisters, vials, syringes, etc.) during transport within your facility.

To make tensions visible

We are making residual stresses in the material visible with polarised light.

You reliably detect problem areas in internal transport and purposefully correct process management.

Improve runnability

We help you with troubleshooting the plant through our analyses, on-site work, or a rental device.

Laboratory tests and training

We are already narrowing down possible causes considerably with our laboratory measurements. If on-site measurements are necessary, we will train your staff and are of course available at any time.

Polarised light

The different types of polarised light (linearly polarised light, circularly polarised light, mixed forms) find numerous applications in chemistry, physics, and materials science.

With our development now also in production and manufacturing.
