We implement projects with a high technological content. This is often the case with complex projects, which is why they form the main focus of our activities. In general, we usually work on projects with various stakeholders.
Projects unrelated to quality, supply chain, transfers, or manufacturing are usually not within our operational scope. In such cases, we will refer you to specialized companies or consultants.
We take responsibility for projects right through to implementation. That's what it's all about, after all.

What really matters
Large projects rarely fail because of technology. The biggest challenges we encounter in our practice are almost always human in nature.
Even within a single company, different departments pursue different priorities that need to be coordinated. This becomes even more apparent in production transfers between locations or even between different companies, where cultural differences also come into play.
One of the key success factors for complex projects is the acceptance and legitimacy of the project manager by all—or at least most—of the departments and companies involved. Only when there is a solid basis of trust can both technical and interpersonal problems be solved in a sustainable manner.
Critical phases in the course of the project
