We implement projects with a high technological content. This is often the case with complex projects, which is why they form the main focus of our activities. In general, we usually work on projects with various stakeholders.<\/p>

Projects unrelated to quality, supply chain, transfers, or manufacturing are usually not within our operational scope. In such cases, we will refer you to specialized companies or consultants.

What really matters<\/p>

Large projects rarely fail because of technology. The biggest challenges we encounter in our practice are almost always human in nature.<\/p>

Even within a single company, different departments pursue different priorities that need to be coordinated. This becomes even more apparent in production transfers between locations or even between different companies, where cultural differences also come into play.<\/p>

One of the key success factors for complex projects is the acceptance and legitimacy of the project manager by all\u2014or at least most\u2014of the departments and companies involved. Only when there is a solid basis of trust can both technical and interpersonal problems be solved in a sustainable manner.<\/p>

Critical phases in the course of the project<\/strong><\/p>

Our project experience shows three particularly critical phases that are decisive for success or failure:<\/p>

  1. The definition of the project goal, including clarity about necessary resources and framework conditions

  2. The selection and composition of the project team

    <\/li>
  3. The phase just before the successful completion of the project

    Towards the end of a project, the risk of \u201efriendly fire\u201c increases: colleagues or stakeholders who want to claim success for themselves or influence the presentation of results. This phenomenon does not always occur, but it does happen with remarkable regularity.<\/p>

    We are not purely a consulting firm; we also research and develop our own products. Not APIs or medications, but sensors, simulations, and customized software for evaluating data or controlling systems.<\/p>

    This is because new technologies do not yet offer perfect solutions for all requirements. Here, we develop our systems and apply them to specific problems.<\/p>

    Such applications can include, for example, troubleshooting during production (sporadic packaging errors: e.g., use of polarization cameras, IR cameras).<\/p>

    or complex pattern recognition (combination of QC data, machine data).<\/p>

    What does this mean for you as a decision-maker? We are not bound by existing technologies. We can also develop avant-garde solutions and are prepared to take this step.
